"Not sure what happened with the packaging??"
The box showed up totally crushed, and I was confused when I saw it?? I’m not sure if it happened during shipping or before, but the packaging was in really bad shape.

"Cancelled my order, refund came through fine"
I ended up cancelling my order because I changed my mind. I’ve had cancellations with other places before where refunds were a hassle, so I was a little worried. It did take a bit for them to reply, but once they got back to me, they cancelled it and the refund came through okay. Not the fastest experience, but fair enough overall.

"Can never seem to find it in stock"
Every time I check, the item I want is out of stock. I’ve tried coming back a few different times thinking maybe I just missed it, but it’s pretty much always unavailable. It’s frustrating because I’d actually like to buy it, but there’s never anything there.

I paid on carethy.net with my card everything went through without any trouble. The checkout page looked secure enough, and I received the payment confirmation email quickly after placing the order.
I was a little unsure at first, but I didn’t notice any strange charges or issues afterward. Overall, the payment process was smooth and easy, though I do think the site could be a bit clearer in some places...

"Tracking was useless, useless"
I ordered from carethy.net and the tracking was just a mess. It kept saying my parcel was in transit for days and days, then out of nowhere it switched to delivered, even though nothing had shown up at my door.

When I contacted customer service, they just sent me the same tracking link again and again, which really didn’t help. I had no clue where my order actually was, and after that experience, I wouldn’t order from them again.

"Worth it when I find a discount"
I was mostly looking for a way to save myself a bit of money, and the prices were better than a few local shops I checked. The discount codes made the biggest difference for me. Not everything was a bargain, but I did end up saving some cash overall, so I’d probably use them again when there’s a decent offer on.

I ordered from carethy.net and, the parcel showed up sooner than I thought it would. The tracking was okay, like, not super detailed or anything, but enough that I could see it was moving and had a rough idea where it was. The box did arrive a bit dented, which I noticed right away, but the items inside were totally fine, so no big issue. Overall, yeah, I’m happy with how fast it arrived and I’d probably use them again.

"Shipping cost was more than I expected"
The items themselves were fine and pretty much what I expected, but the shipping cost really caught me off guard. I was expecting it to be reasonable, but it ended up feeling way too expensive

Not gonna lie, I was expecting a lot more options when it came to brands and sizes. A bunch of the stuff I actually needed either wasn’t available or was out of stock, so it ended up being disappointing.

"Ordering on my phone was a hassle"
I tried using the site on my phone when I really didn’t have time to fight with it, and of course that’s when everything felt extra messy. It took me way too long to find what I needed, the filters kept resetting, and checkout was clunky. I did manage to place the order in the end, but the timing was terrible and the whole thing was more frustrating than it should’ve been.

"Wish I’d checked the customer service reviews first"
I regret ordering from Carethy. I reached out about my order thinking it would be a quick thing to sort out, but it took ages to get any kind of proper reply from customer service.
What made it worse was feeling like I had to keep chasing them just to get a response. When they finally did reply, it didn’t really help much, so I was left feeling like I’d wasted both my time and money.
Maybe some people have had a smoother experience, but mine was just frustrating. I wish I’d thought twice before ordering, and I don’t think I’d buy from them again unless their support gets a lot better.
